Shopping and food – long weekend in Milan!
The most known place in Milan is Duomo di Milano. If you want to get inside you have to cover your shoulders and knees. We wanted to visit the rooftop at our last day but we had our luggage with us because we were on the way to the airport.
You know it from pictures too: Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. It’s Italy’s oldest active shopping mall with designer like Louis Vuitton. But for shopping we went to Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. There are the labels like Zara, Mango, Bershka, … Another shopping street is Via Torino. It’s across from the dome. There is a Victorias Secret Store, Stradivarius and many shoe stores.
Navigli It’s a canal where you find little restaurants and bars. I think I had the best ice topped with a macaron at Amorino.
We stayed at Eurohotel. Next to the hotel was a pizza restaurant called Pizzeria Rosy e Gabriele where we had pizza and we had pasta at Piade in Piazza.
